Professional Services
JLS Accounting Services Inc provides consulting and professional business services. The precise scope, deliverables, pricing, responsibilities, and timelines for an engagement may be established in a proposal, statement of work, engagement letter, invoice, service agreement, or other written communication.
No Automatic Engagement
Submitting an inquiry through this website does not automatically create a professional engagement. An engagement begins only after the company accepts the project under mutually agreed commercial terms.
Client Responsibilities

Fees and Payment

Scope Changes

Our work may involve third-party software, platforms, vendors, information sources, or service providers. JLS Accounting Services Inc does not control independent third parties and is not responsible for their availability or performance except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
No Guaranteed Outcome
Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee particular revenue, savings, financing, banking, payment-processing, investment, regulatory, or other commercial outcomes.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law and the terms of the relevant client engagement.
